Schedule introductory meetings and demos, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with marketing on lead-nurturing strategies. Lead Letterhead’s positioning, narrative, go-to-market strategy, demand generation, sales enablement, content, and marketing operations. Build the marketing foundation from scratch, develop scalable processes, launch experiments across content, partnerships, events, and outbound, and create reporting tied to pipeline outcomes. Partner closely with the CRO, founders, and cross-functional leaders to influence product positioning, growth strategy, and company-level decisions.

Identify and develop new business through prospecting and lead generation, build client relationships, tailor solutions, negotiate and close deals, achieve sales targets, collaborate with internal teams, and monitor market trends for growth opportunities.
