Leads the National Accounts team, managing account managers and strategic relationships with major clients. The role requires field work around industrial electrical hazards and approximately 30% travel.

Reviews and approves electrical test reports and data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with NETA standards, client requirements, and company policies. Maintains quality documentation, supports audits, identifies discrepancies, trains team members, and improves QA/QC processes. The role coordinates with internal teams and clients, manages multiple projects, and provides progress updates. It is primarily office-based with minimal local travel.

Oversee power infrastructure projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, legal compliance, schedule, scope, and budget objectives are met. Manage equipment and field service personnel, identify and mitigate risks, coordinate with customers, operations, and engineering teams, monitor deliverables, and prepare project reports. The role includes limited supervision of field technicians and requires working at project sites at least 50% of the time.

Owns multi-state HR compliance and total rewards programs, including employment law compliance, benefits, compensation, leave, accommodations, workers’ compensation, HRIS administration, reporting, audits, immigration, employee relations, and investigations. Manages vendors, supports regulatory filings, leads process improvements and acquisitions integration, and advises leadership on compliance risk, pay equity, benefits, workforce data, and employment practices.

Leads enterprise FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning, profitability analysis, KPI reporting, and executive, board, lender, and sponsor reporting. Builds automated financial models and dashboards using NetSuite, Excel, Power Query, and related data tools. Partners with operations and finance leaders on performance improvement, acquisitions, integrations, covenant modeling, and strategic decisions. Supervises and develops the FP&A team while maintaining hands-on ownership of data, modeling, and reporting processes.

Executes independent protection and control testing, commissioning, and validation for high-voltage substations up to 765kV. Tests relays, CTs/PTs, breaker controls, protection schemes, SCADA integration, and communications; interprets drawings, logic, phasors, and event reports; prepares commissioning and safety plans; maintains test records; supports outage coordination and pre-energization readiness. Mentors junior engineers, promotes human performance and safety practices, and ensures compliance with utility, NETA, IEEE, OSHA, and NERC CIP requirements.

Performs protection and control testing and commissioning for distribution and transmission substations under Senior or Lead Engineer oversight. Responsibilities include relay, CT/VT, breaker control, metering, wiring, and protection scheme testing; interpreting electrical drawings and relay settings; preparing test plans and documentation; following OSHA, NERC CIP, LOTO, and safety requirements; and supporting commissioning turnover activities. The role requires field work around energized equipment, travel, overtime, and continuous development toward independent system-level testing.

Executes protection and control testing and commissioning for distribution and transmission substations under Senior or Lead Engineer oversight. Performs relay, CT/VT, breaker control, metering, and protection element tests; reads electrical drawings; documents results; and supports commissioning packages. Follows LOTO, HPI, OSHA, NERC CIP, and utility safety requirements. Develops test and isolation plans, communicates field observations, participates in outage schedules, and builds toward independent system-level testing.

Executes protection and control testing and commissioning for substations under Senior or Lead Engineer oversight. Performs relay, CT/VT, breaker control, metering, and protection-system tests; reads electrical drawings; documents results; supports test plans, isolation plans, turnover packages, and safety activities. The role develops independent system-level understanding while complying with OSHA, NERC CIP, NETA, utility, and client requirements. Travel, outage schedules, energized equipment, and outdoor construction environments are required.
