Create and manage digital content, social media, newsletters, website updates, promotional materials, and internal communications. Develop public relations activities, monitor engagement, maintain communications calendars, and report performance. Support recruitment fairs, community engagement, employee events, and brand compliance while building relationships across residential homes and services. Regular travel is required, and a full driving license is essential.

Supports the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation reviews, contracts, employee records, offboarding, recruitment coordination, HR reporting, training, compliance, and HR projects. The role maintains accurate and confidential HR documentation, supports employment-law and GDPR compliance, and assists employees and candidates throughout the employment process.
