Creates print materials, promotional content, web graphics, and other visual designs for church services, events, and conferences. Collaborates with ministries and creative leadership to maintain brand consistency, coordinates with print vendors, stays current on creative industry trends, trains visual arts students, and supports church-wide events while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Administers enterprise cloud identity, messaging, collaboration, document management, and endpoint platforms across Windows, macOS, and iOS. Manages access, licensing, security policies, patching, device lifecycles, and compliance. Monitors SIEM, EDR, and MDR alerts, investigates incidents, supports vulnerability remediation, and collaborates with vendors. Maintains hybrid infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery processes, security governance, documentation, and staff security awareness.

Leads the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of a church-wide LMS integrated with HRIS and teammate profiles. Designs learning pathways for onboarding, leadership, and role-specific development; tracks engagement and progression through dashboards; trains team leaders; and champions a culture of growth aligned with organizational values and ministry priorities.

Capture, edit, and deliver high-quality photo and video content for social media, events, campaigns, and organizational storytelling. Create platform-native short-form videos, maintain digital asset libraries, collaborate with the Strategic Engagement team, uphold brand standards, manage multiple deadlines, and track social media trends to recommend creative innovations.

Provides front-line Tier 1 IT support to team members, volunteers, and guests. Troubleshoots basic hardware, software, printer, mobile device, and account issues; escalates complex requests; prepares and deploys equipment; tracks IT inventory; maintains storage and workspaces; and supports administrative and departmental operations.

Leads the organization’s human resources strategy and operations, including employee relations, performance management, employment-law compliance, benefits, payroll, onboarding, talent management, succession planning, HRIS administration, organizational design, change management, and process improvement. Supervises a five-person HR team, manages vendors, develops policies, and presents strategic workforce insights to leadership across multiple departments and locations.

Administers, secures, monitors, and supports wired, wireless, WAN, switching, routing, firewall, and network authentication infrastructure across multiple locations. Troubleshoots complex connectivity issues, manages maintenance and upgrades, maintains documentation, coordinates with service providers, and supports network projects, new locations, lifecycle planning, and reliability improvements.

Supports broadcast operations across services and events by operating AVL production positions, maintaining equipment, checking and distributing content, editing and archiving recordings, and creating procedures. Coordinates onboarding and ongoing training for broadcast volunteers, assists with live video directing, supports production equipment installation and maintenance at other campuses, and helps deliver broadcasts for weekly services, conferences, retreats, college programs, and special events.

Manages video projects for the Creative department, establishing workflows, timelines, documentation, budgets, and status reporting. Coordinates video shoots, assigns producer tasks, reviews content, manages stakeholder communication, and ensures creative materials are delivered on schedule and function during live events. Partners with video, production, worship, and ministry teams to prioritize resources, resolve issues, and complete projects successfully.
