Hands-on Network Engineer responsible for supporting, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining a 24x7 Cisco corporate network. Duties include LAN/WAN troubleshooting, Cisco firmware upgrades, configuration backups, outage remediation, performance monitoring, and architecture design assistance. The role requires experience with routed networks, Cisco switching and routing technologies, firewalls, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to respond rapidly to escalated issues. Travel to company offices may be required for less than 20% of the time.

Leads mailing, print, intake, and dissemination operations across three offices. Oversees complex legal administration projects, ensuring compliance with settlement agreements, court orders, budgets, deadlines, quality standards, and client requirements. Directs project planning, logistics, communications, staff supervision, training, audits, process improvement, and issue escalation. Acts as a liaison across legal, operations, quality assurance, systems, communications, and banking teams while advising senior leadership on project status and risks.
