Generates B2B sales opportunities for skip bin hire services by researching prospects, conducting high-volume outbound calls, qualifying construction and commercial leads, nurturing relationships, closing bookings, and coordinating customer handoffs to operations. Maintains accurate CRM records, manages follow-ups, handles pricing objections, tracks sales KPIs, and identifies repeat business, upselling, and referral opportunities.

Provides Tier 1 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Customer Engagement applications. Responsibilities include ticket triage, troubleshooting, user guidance, access support, documentation, knowledge-base maintenance, escalation to Tier 2/3 teams and vendors, and basic smoke testing. The role manages tickets through resolution, communicates with non-technical users, follows ITSM processes, and meets service-level expectations.
