The Recruiter leads student recruitment for the college by coordinating high school visits, career days, college nights, campus tours, orientation, and outreach activities. The role maintains relationships with school personnel and prospective students, provides admissions and financial aid counseling, supports student advising, tracks recruitment efforts, and collaborates with enrollment management, student services, marketing, and academic departments.

Manages daily financial aid operations, advises students and parents on federal, state, and institutional aid, reviews and resolves application conflicts, verifies student files, maintains records, and ensures regulatory compliance. The role also promotes financial aid programs through extensive high school travel, presentations, workshops, and financial literacy outreach. Strong communication, customer service, organization, confidentiality, and computer data-entry skills are required.

Provides leadership and administrative oversight for collegiate academy and secondary career center programs. Responsibilities include academic scheduling, student enrollment, registration, advising, progress monitoring, budgeting, policy compliance, district partnerships, staffing coordination, marketing, MOU development, and stakeholder communication. The Dean supports student success, program growth, career and technical education pathways, and collaboration between the university and area school districts.
