Leads enterprise training strategy and execution across restaurant operations. Owns management-in-training programs, training content, effectiveness measurement, budget, new restaurant opening training, talent development, and operational partnerships. Ensures food safety and alcohol certification compliance, reviews inspection results, coaches training restaurants, and supports leadership development across the brand. This is an on-site role based in Atlanta.
