Advises healthcare clients on operational integration, staffing, training, billing, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, and licensure. Builds executive client relationships, develops service offerings and marketing plans, manages consultants, and oversees healthcare capital project readiness activities.

Plans and manages healthcare facility transitions, activations, moves, and operational readiness for construction, renovation, expansion, and replacement hospital projects. Coordinates construction milestones, FF&E, medical equipment, IT systems, training, permits, vendors, move sequencing, department readiness, and occupancy activities. Tracks issues, decisions, deliverables, and progress while serving as the primary transition contact. Extensive travel, including weekends and evenings, may be required during activations and go-live phases.
