Analyzes healthcare real estate acquisition and development investments, including underwriting, financial modeling, capitalization, valuation, market research, and portfolio management. Prepares investment committee reports, financing packages, RFP responses, fundraising materials, and due diligence documentation. The Fund Accountant prepares financial statements, investor reports, capital calls, distributions, budgets, forecasts, audit and tax workpapers, and fund accounting records. Builds relationships with healthcare systems, physician groups, developers, brokers, and sellers; refines deal-sourcing strategy; prepares and presents Investment Committee memoranda; supports transaction documentation and lender packages; and mentors investment and capital markets team members.

Plans and manages healthcare facility transitions, activations, moves, and operational readiness for construction, renovation, expansion, and replacement hospital projects. Coordinates construction milestones, FF&E, medical equipment, IT systems, training, permits, vendors, move sequencing, department readiness, and occupancy activities. Tracks issues, decisions, deliverables, and progress while serving as the primary transition contact. Extensive travel, including weekends and evenings, may be required during activations and go-live phases.
