Lead Deriv’s trader communities, creator partnerships, and social channels across global markets. Design high-retention community experiences, curate credible educator-creators, direct AI-assisted content and moderation workflows, manage platform strategy, and optimize growth using retention and engagement data. Collaborate with engineering, Compliance, Content, Partner, and Regional teams to convert community trust into measurable growth.

Lead and architect Internal Audit for an AI-driven, regulated fintech. Build a risk-based audit strategy and team; oversee financial, operational, technology, AI, cybersecurity, regulatory, and third-party assurance; implement continuous monitoring and automated testing; assess AI governance and model risk; and provide independent, evidence-based reporting to the Board, Audit Committee, and regulators.

Architect and lead production-grade agentic AI systems that operate reliably at scale. Own solutions from architecture through deployment, monitoring, and adoption; resolve latency, hallucination, and scalability challenges; establish engineering standards through code and design reviews; document technical knowledge; and align engineering, compliance, and operations stakeholders on safe, effective architectures.

Maintain and improve global IT infrastructure across macOS and Linux endpoints, on-premises servers, networks, VPNs, firewalls, access points, and MDM systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues; automate repetitive workflows using scripts, integrations, and AI tools; support onboarding; manage device compliance; and collaborate with teams and vendors across time zones.

Own disaster recovery and incident management as an engineering discipline for business-critical trading systems. Design and run live failover exercises, establish risk-based RTO/RPO targets, maintain production-aligned recovery strategies, command major incidents, lead post-incident reviews, and ensure remediation closure. The role also uses AI for failure modeling, incident signal correlation, runbook automation, and resilience reporting while partnering with engineering, infrastructure, SRE, Compliance, and Risk.

Own partner acquisition, onboarding, lifecycle management, performance, and commercial negotiations across MENA. Recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, fintech partners, payment providers, and strategic alliances; structure commissions and volume agreements; improve underperforming accounts; contribute feedback to AI-enabled operational systems; mentor junior executives; and represent Deriv at industry conferences and partner events.

Own Deriv’s unified corporate narrative across media, employees, candidates, and AI assistants. Lead earned media, podcast production, internal change communications, employer brand, and strategic storytelling. Redesign recurring communications tasks into governed AI workflows in partnership with AI engineers, establish quality controls, and measure narrative impact and share of voice. Advise senior leaders during sensitive organizational changes while maintaining editorial authority and reputational judgment.

Lead corporate governance operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Responsibilities include managing board proceedings, preparing and filing statutory documents, maintaining corporate registers, coordinating with internal teams and service providers, supervising staff, conducting screening and risk assessments, and leading governance and compliance projects. The role also supports training, onboarding, process improvement, and the responsible use of AI tools to improve governance workflows and document management.

Manage regulatory compliance operations for Deriv entities across multiple jurisdictions, including investment services, banking, and virtual assets. Conduct compliance monitoring, gap analyses, licensing activities, regulatory engagement, reporting, policy development, inspections, and audits. Monitor regulatory changes, advise internal teams, and partner with engineers to automate compliance workflows using AI tools. The role requires independent judgment, strong regulatory expertise, and familiarity with LFSA, Labuan IBFC, or similar frameworks.
