Develops and maintains PFMEAs, PPAPs, control plans, process flows, and work instructions. Uses metrology equipment, verifies calibration records, trains personnel, and supports manufacturing quality objectives. Requires at least three years of manufacturing quality engineering experience and availability for first-shift work with overtime as needed.

Design and develop automated machinery, rotary index table systems, fixtures, nests, and integrated manufacturing processes. Use CAD software to design equipment incorporating ultrasonic welding, pad printing, machine bases, and safety guarding. Manage machine-build timelines, budgets, and project accountability while collaborating with electrical engineering teams.
