Own LeasingMarkt’s CRM strategy, roadmap, and multi-channel lifecycle marketing across email, WhatsApp, and app push. Lead the migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Iterable, including journey design, testing, launch, and optimization. Develop segmentation, personalization, automation, and retention initiatives; monitor dashboards, KPIs, and A/B tests; and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to improve engagement and conversion.

Design and develop scalable production applications for a major automotive leasing marketplace. Build AI-powered engineering tools and workflows, integrate LLM APIs, apply GenAI throughout the software lifecycle, and promote AI-first development practices.
