Supports system-wide physician and advanced practice provider engagement, professional development, recognition, leadership, and wellbeing initiatives. Coordinates workshops, assessments, listening sessions, mentorship, and milestone programs; analyzes engagement data using analytics and AI-assisted tools; develops reports, dashboards, recommendations, educational materials, and toolkits; and provides training and consultation.
