Build and own core systems powering Reach’s AI agents, including architecture, data pipelines, agent orchestration, and AI-powered product features. Work across React and TypeScript frontend, Python backend, cloud infrastructure, and relational or in-memory datastores. Ship features end-to-end, collaborate directly with users, move quickly in an early-stage environment, and help define the company’s technical direction.
