Oversee WPI’s engineering department supporting regional construction operations. Lead engineering for CFMF, interior walls, ceilings, cladding, and related systems; develop stamped drawings and calculations; support estimating and field teams; manage and mentor more than 10 engineers and BIM designers; collaborate on prefabrication and panel design; monitor codes and technologies; and coordinate staffing, workload, and project needs across regions.

Coordinates outbound shipments from manufacturing facilities to construction and customer project sites. Responsibilities include scheduling carriers, tracking deliveries, maintaining shipping records in MES, verifying documentation, coordinating packaging and load securement, resolving freight claims and delivery issues, managing packaging-material inventory, and supporting logistics process improvements. Requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and transportation coordination skills.
