Designs, optimizes, and sustains manufacturing processes for steel fabrication, powder coating, assembly, and mechanical/electrical system integration. Responsibilities include developing tooling and fixtures, launching production lines, maintaining process documentation, leading root cause analysis, implementing Lean and Six Sigma improvements, monitoring KPIs, supporting automation, managing projects, and providing technical production support. The role also ensures safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Creates accurate manufacturing component models, drawings, parts lists, and bills of materials using Autodesk Inventor. Develops BIM content, shop drawings, layouts, and construction documentation; coordinates with architectural, structural, and MEP models; resolves design and field issues; identifies conflicts; supports RFIs, installation, and production transitions; maintains CAD files and libraries; and contributes to technical documentation and process improvements.

Supports the Project Manager and Jobsite Foreman with site administration, including payroll distribution, new-hire safety orientations, document control, data entry, employee coordination, and liaison duties between the jobsite and regional office. Maintains confidential employee records, follows safety policies, assists with issue resolution, and occasionally makes deliveries. Requires reliable transportation to remote jobsites and strong organizational, communication, computer, and multitasking skills.

Designs, develops, maintains, and supports enterprise C# applications across Windows Forms, ASP.NET, and modern .NET platforms. Builds .NET MAUI and Blazor Hybrid applications, troubleshoots existing systems, and improves stability and performance. Collaborates on requirements, code and design reviews, Git workflows, QA automation, defect tracking, and project planning. Requires independent ownership, clear communication, clean architecture, and continuous improvement of development standards and processes.

Process high-volume, multi-state payroll, including garnishments, deductions, off-cycle checks, tax compliance, and payroll reporting. Audit time and compensation data, maintain confidential employee records, and support onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, recruiting, and other HR programs. Communicate issues to leadership while ensuring compliance with wage, leave, FMLA, and ACA requirements.

Supports the Claims Manager with administrative coordination for workers’ compensation, liability, auto, OCIP, and CCIP claims. Maintains claim files, records, correspondence, medical documentation, and tracking systems; coordinates return-to-work activities, appointments, repairs, reimbursements, and follow-up communications. Assists with reporting, incident investigations, corrective actions, drug and alcohol testing administration, and compliance while protecting confidential information.

Administer SQL databases and maintain accurate Crystal Reports and SSRS reporting. Investigate data discrepancies across reports, stored procedures, and source tables; optimize queries and database performance; manage backups, restores, indexing, integrity, security, and scalability. Collaborate with the existing DBA to document processes and preserve knowledge. Support audit-ready data solutions aligned with SOC 2, CMMC, and ISO 27001 requirements.

Design and develop modular, prefabricated equipment for mission-critical data centers, including hot aisle containment systems. Create 3D models, technical documentation, project plans, and product specifications; collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, clients, and project managers. Validate prototypes and first-of-kind builds, perform design-for-excellence and value engineering analyses, ensure regulatory and client compliance, and support product testing, coordination, and deployment through occasional travel.

Analyzes and documents business processes, maps workflows, evaluates performance data, gathers stakeholder requirements, and recommends process improvements. Prepares reports, dashboards, and user documentation while supporting implementation of new systems and processes. Provides training or user support as needed and serves as a subject matter expert for assigned processes.

Provides clerical and office support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, managing mail and supplies, assisting with new-hire paperwork and drug testing, coordinating events and travel reservations, and overseeing office services. The role also supports workplace safety, develops efficiency improvements, and requires daily on-site attendance in Sparks, Nevada.
