Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts; develop scalable templates, processes, playbooks, and training; support corporate housekeeping, intellectual property, employment matters, and legal technology. Monitor EU SaaS regulations, advise teams on compliance, assist with data protection and breach management, and collaborate with Compliance, Security, HR, Sales, and Customer Success.

Own commercial growth for an existing DACH customer portfolio by identifying upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and expansion opportunities. Partner with Customer Success Managers, analyze customer usage and CRM data, lead commercial negotiations, manage escalations, and achieve expansion revenue targets. Build account strategies, engagement plans, playbooks, reporting, and best practices while sharing customer insights across Product, Marketing, Sales, and leadership.
