Own the AI product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery from ideation through launch. Translate business needs into technical requirements while collaborating with engineers, data scientists, marketers, and commercial teams. The intern will collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team and help develop Creative Clicks’ social media presence and TikTok strategy.

Support e-commerce operations across international markets by maintaining websites and landing pages, launching products, updating listings, tracking inventory, supporting SEO and PPC campaigns, creating marketing content, researching competitors, and reporting on traffic, conversions, and KPIs. The intern will use ClickUp, Everflow, Shopify, WordPress, business intelligence tools, and internal platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Own the full sales cycle for Creative Clicks US, personally prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing advertiser partnerships. Build and lead a team of two to three Business Developers, establish sales processes and culture, manage pipeline and forecasting, and develop the US go-to-market strategy. Success includes generating advertiser revenue, meeting sales targets, recruiting and developing the team, maintaining CRM discipline, and creating a repeatable sales process.

Own the product vision, roadmap, strategy, and backlog while translating stakeholder needs into actionable technical requirements. Partner with marketing, sales, customer support, and development teams; lead sprint planning; write user stories and acceptance criteria; resolve development questions; monitor product performance and customer feedback; and drive continuous improvement based on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technology.

Support the Creative Studio in designing static and video assets for landing pages, paid social campaigns, and brand initiatives. Collaborate with media buyers and software developers, maintain visual brand consistency, iterate based on performance data, build templates and design systems, and assist with photo and video editing across multiple client brands.

Manage advertiser accounts and mobile performance campaigns, including campaign setup, postback configuration, tracking validation, automated reporting, performance analysis, optimization recommendations, insertion orders, payout setting, billing reconciliation, and technical client support. Collaborate with legal, sales, finance, growth, product, and technology teams to resolve issues and improve campaigns.
