Responsibilities include coaching enterprise account executives, managing complex B2B SaaS sales cycles, enforcing MEDDPICC methodology, maintaining pipeline and forecast discipline, improving CRM hygiene, mapping accounts, and partnering with RevOps and cross-functional teams to refine sales processes and playbooks.

Lead a global mid-market sales team of 10–15 Account Executives across the UK, France, and US. Own ARR targets, coach and develop representatives, establish sales cadences, rebuild the mid-market playbook, shorten sales cycles, and partner with RevOps and Marketing on segmentation, territories, lead generation, and pipeline.
