Provides technical support to scientists and engineers using oceanographic instruments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting deployments, configurations, sensors, data analysis, and software; coordinating repairs and calibrations; creating documentation; investigating failures; and collaborating with R&D, Production, Service, and Sales teams. The role requires strong communication, technical problem-solving, environmental data analysis, organization, and an interest in measurement science.

Drive sales of oceanographic scientific instruments by presenting technical solutions, developing research and institutional customers, managing relationships, responding to tenders, identifying market opportunities, and representing the company at conferences and workshops. The role serves academic institutions, government agencies, environmental firms, and other organizations across North America, with approximately 25–50% travel.
