Support TYTAN’s Legal department through research on public procurement, export control, and corporate law. Assist with contract drafting and negotiations, compliance guideline preparation, and legal project coordination. The role requires passing the First State Examination in Law, excellent English and German skills, and availability for three to six months in a defense-focused environment.

Manage the complete bid, proposal, and contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts, amendments, and NDAs. Track sales and bid pipelines, monitor deadlines and outcomes, provide KPI-based updates, and ensure compliance with procurement regulations and internal governance. The role supports public tenders, government procurement, audits, and cross-functional coordination with sales, legal, compliance, and external partners.

Own day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, fixed assets, accounts payable and receivable, and period-end close processes. Ensure compliance with German accounting standards, coordinate audits and tax filings, maintain financial controls, and improve scalable accounting workflows. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights. The role requires fluent German and English and familiarity with ERP and expense-management tools.

Maintain and improve IT infrastructure across servers, networks, cloud environments, Windows/Linux systems, and virtualization platforms. Monitor performance, availability, and security; troubleshoot incidents; conduct root-cause analysis; and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions. Provide first- and second-level internal user support, collaborate with security teams, and drive technical improvements. The role requires infrastructure or systems administration experience, networking expertise, Azure and GCP knowledge, and strong English communication skills.

Own procurement strategy and strategic sourcing for technical components, commodities, and services. Manage global suppliers, negotiations, contracts, cost reduction, risk mitigation, supplier performance, and procurement processes. Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Operations, and Legal on new product introductions, industrialization, production ramp-ups, material availability, and process improvements.
