Leads PopStroke’s membership and loyalty strategy to grow recurring revenue, retention, visit frequency, and member lifetime value. Owns program vision, loyalty initiatives, customer analytics, pricing, segmentation, churn and retention modeling, personalized marketing, and executive reporting. Partners across Growth, Marketing, Digital, Finance, Operations, Hospitality, and Technology, while collaborating with Membership Operations to ensure effective venue execution.

Drives local brand awareness, membership growth, guest traffic, and venue revenue through community partnerships, events, influencer relationships, digital marketing, online listings, guest engagement, promotional assets, and performance reporting. The role manages local marketing calendars, Google reviews, social content, sponsorships, and venue activations while supporting membership retention and event sales. Regular evening and weekend community and venue presence is required.
