Source candidates through networking, referrals, social media, professional groups, job boards, and creative channels; build pipelines, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, manage offers and onboarding, and maintain candidate communication. Partner with leadership on staffing priorities, track recruiting metrics, and improve hiring processes. Healthcare recruiting, allied health experience, multi-state hiring, and credentialing knowledge are preferred.
