Leads onsite digitization support operations for the American Indian Records Repository. Coordinates contractor staffing, workflows, document preparation, digitization, quality control, and reassembly activities. Ensures compliance with SOPs, NARA records policies, DOI requirements, and performance expectations. Partners with BTFA personnel, balances workloads, provides updates, and oversees timely, accurate project completion. The role requires periodic construction-site visits, atypical hours when needed, and eligibility for Moderate Public Trust adjudication and a PIV card.

Owns complex federal RFP, RFI, RFQ, and IDIQ proposal efforts from capture through final submission. Manages compliance matrices, content development, color team reviews, graphics, pricing strategies, document quality, content libraries, past performance materials, CRM organization, and opportunity tracking. Coordinates SMEs and teaming partners, conducts competitive research, mentors junior staff, and supports business development activities. This remote role requires up to 10% annual travel.

Provides program management, data analysis, reporting, systems administration, financial planning, real property, and facility management support for the BUMED Facility Management Program. Supports DMLSS-FM development, implementation, testing, training, documentation, compliance, and sustainment. Develops queries, dashboards, executive briefings, and portfolio analyses across DoD facility and financial systems. Serves as a liaison among BUMED, DHA, Navy, and other stakeholders, with periodic travel to project and construction sites.
