Owns FP&A, sales commissions, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and ACV performance analysis for a high-volume sales organization. The role administers commission plans, automates calculations, leads budget-versus-actual reviews, tracks sales funnel and CAC return metrics, manages quarterly budget recasts, and supports weekly sales forecasting. It partners with sales leaders, accountants, and operating partners to ensure accurate payouts, financial accountability, and performance visibility.

Owns payroll and day-to-day accounting across three entities, including payroll processing, commission payouts, reconciliations, month-end close, intercompany allocations, multi-state tax filings, and location-level P&L reporting. The role supports audit and tax work, answers employee pay questions, documents processes, and uses AI tools to automate recurring accounting tasks.
