Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using Flutter or React Native, modern frontend and backend technologies, and automated testing. Lead code reviews, architecture decisions, technical initiatives, and engineering mentorship. Collaborate proactively with clients and distributed teams to discover needs and plan projects. Mentor engineers, contribute to design sessions, and build scalable, performant, maintainable solutions using modern JavaScript and frontend frameworks. Collaborate independently and within small cross-functional teams, communicate technical requirements and blockers, and proactively improve processes, tools, and technology.
