Advises clients on improving M&E system efficiency through surveys, technical reports, specifications, and contractor management. Manages refurbishment and optimization projects involving energy centers, plant rooms, and net-zero technologies. Collaborates with ESG and building physics specialists, mentors junior engineers, supports compliance and ESG reporting, prepares business cases and presentations, and develops client relationships and commercial opportunities.

Conduct mechanical and electrical building-services surveys, condition assessments, technical due diligence, dilapidations support, and pre-acquisition inspections. Prepare client reports, advise on repairs, compliance, maintenance liabilities, reinstatement, and lifecycle requirements, and support lease-end and refurbishment projects. Collaborate with surveyors, project managers, and technical specialists while developing client relationships and identifying additional service opportunities.
