Leads commercial growth and strategic partnerships across European and allied defense markets. Responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategy, pursuing opportunities with defense ministries and prime contractors, structuring alliances, leading bids and proposals, managing customer relationships, analyzing procurement and policy trends, and reporting pipeline and market developments to executives. Frequent travel across Europe is required.

Own the mechanical and hardware architecture of counter-UAS interceptor systems, from airframe layout and subsystem integration through component design, structural analysis, CAD, testing, and validation. The engineer will assess loads, vibration, shock, thermal environments, materials, interfaces, and operational constraints while collaborating with propulsion, avionics, and guidance teams. The role also supports prototype builds, test campaigns, failure analysis, and design iteration as the mechanical design authority.
