Manages and grows international distributor, dealer, retailer, ecommerce, and strategic-account relationships. The role develops sales strategies, expands markets, identifies new partners, negotiates commercial terms, delivers presentations and training, monitors performance, prepares forecasts, and coordinates with marketing and distributors. Success is measured by profitable sales growth, distributor performance, market development, and strong international business relationships. Approximately 10% travel is required, with hybrid work available.
