Supports forensic accounting and investigations engagements involving fraud, financial misconduct, regulatory inquiries, compliance issues, and disputes. Responsibilities include analyzing financial records and statements, reconstructing transactions, data mining, electronic evidence review, discovery support, interview preparation, report and affidavit preparation, working papers, and client deliverables. The Associate also supports proposals and business development while maintaining professional client relationships.

Manage accounting and tax operations for multiple clients, including financial statement preparation, close processes, reconciliations, tax filings, and accounting research. Support advisory, compliance, forensic, and litigation-related engagements through financial analysis and reporting. Serve as a client contact, review junior staff work, provide mentorship, coordinate workflows, and contribute to process improvements and best practices.

Assists with bookkeeping, billing, transaction entry, vendor and client maintenance, account reconciliations, invoicing, payment validation, and recurring financial reporting. The role supports monthly and quarterly close activities, accounts receivable management, budget and project time tracking, and timely collection of financial information. It requires accounting experience, Excel and accounting software proficiency, strong attention to detail, and collaboration in a forensic accounting environment.
