Lead platform shared services product strategy and roadmap, delivering AI-native, API-first platform capabilities. Lead engineering delivery and platform health for Serko.ai, managing platform shared services, AI integrations, CI/CD, security, observability, and cross-domain dependencies. Provide strategic leadership, hire and develop teams, align engineering and product roadmaps, and ensure scalable, model-driven infrastructure to support agentic AI experiences and successful Serko.ai launches.
