Serve as first point of contact for offshore personnel, coordinate crew movements, maintain personnel files and HRIS, support recruitment, payroll, visas, certification compliance, and employee relations. Provide HR on-call support, assist OIM/Rig Manager with disciplinary matters, manage crew rota and travel, verify training and medical renewals, and support audits and emergency response.

Plan, coordinate and implement QHSE policies and audits for onshore and offshore rig operations. Support regulatory compliance, incident investigations, training, contractor audits, and integration with clients. Coach rig teams, develop HSE plans, track lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance while liaising with management, clients and authorities.
