Coordinate end-to-end multi-country payroll processing, including payroll validation, reconciliations, statutory filings, pension administration, employee support, expatriate shadow payroll, and third-party provider management. Maintain payroll controls, audit trails, compliance records, and payment workflows. Support new-country payroll implementations, HRIS configuration, year-end activities, process improvements, and accurate payroll setup and reporting across international jurisdictions.

Participates in rig meetings, recruitment events, offshore visits, emergency response support, and HR on-call coverage.

Provide HR support to the Corporate HR Hub: manage employment contracts, inductions, right-to-work checks, HRIS actions for hires/transfers/terminations and absences, review expenses, validate monthly variable payroll data, prepare payroll input sheets, support audits and ad hoc HR projects, and cover for the Corporate HR Advisor as needed.

Coordinates HR and offshore personnel operations for rig crews, including workforce reporting, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, crew rotations, travel, visa processing, recruitment support, and certification compliance. Maintains personnel records, manages mobilization and demobilization, supports offshore leadership, handles HR queries and hearings, and assists with audits, emergency response, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manages financial accounting and analysis for drilling rig profit centers and legal entities. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, reconciliations, budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, vendor invoices, expenditures, and customer invoices. The role ensures policy and internal-control compliance, collaborates with cross-functional teams and management, and maintains accurate financial documentation.

Coordinate HR services for offshore rig personnel, including crew rotations, mobilization, travel, visas, payroll, benefits, personnel records, HRIS updates, employee relations, inductions, recruitment support, and certification compliance. Support rig managers with staffing, disciplinary matters, audits, emergency response, and policy implementation. Maintain accurate workforce reporting and ensure offshore personnel remain properly certified, medically cleared, and fully staffed.

Provide operational, analytical, and project support for global compensation and benefits programs. Assist with market benchmarking, job evaluations, HRIS data maintenance, benefits administration, vendor coordination, renewals, claims support, and communications. Prepare reports, audits, and analyses to support decision-making and ensure compliance with company policies and local legislation. Support implementation in new countries, wellbeing and recognition programs, and process improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior C&B staff.
