Lead and manage daily accounts payable operations, supervise AP staff, maintain vendor relationships, ensure compliance and controls, support audits and 1099 reporting, and drive process improvements and AP system optimization.

Support sales team and customer supply chain activities by handling order entry and changes, resolving pricing and rebate issues, coordinating travel and meetings, communicating with customers, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate deliveries and account management.

Manage and grow assigned domestic accounts by retaining existing clients and acquiring new customers. Negotiate pricing and terms, oversee A/R collections and margin management, conduct market research and distributor performance reviews, attend trade shows, and ensure supplier compliance.

Manage assigned accounts to retain and grow customers through prospecting, negotiation, distributor oversight, market research, pricing and margin management, A/R collection, supplier compliance checks, trade show participation, and meeting sales targets and budgets.

Perform inbound warehouse tasks including picking, receiving, palletizing, scanning, labeling, slotting and inventory maintenance. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks, follow FIFO, maintain product integrity, and assist with cleaning and other assigned duties.

Manage domestic warehousing, receiving, order fulfillment, and shipping. Oversee 3PL and carrier negotiations, vendor relationships, procurement, materials systems design, and cross-functional operational planning to meet production and order requirements.
