Supports planning, coordination, and delivery of university events and commercial bookings. Responsibilities include preparing event briefs and run sheets, coordinating logistics and stakeholder communications, processing invoices, purchase orders, and event finances, and providing on-the-day operational support. The role requires at least two years of administration or event coordination experience, strong organization and stakeholder skills, financial administration capability, and a current Australian C Class Driver’s Licence.

Coordinate and support digital exams projects and administration, including project planning, meeting coordination, schedule maintenance, evaluating implementations, liaising with academic staff, reviewing exam submissions for compliance, and managing the exam process for designated cohorts during assessment periods.

Partner with academic and professional staff to build capability, deliver professional learning, advise on policy and compliance, evaluate initiatives, and promote accessible learning technologies to improve student access, participation and success.

Support planning, delivery and optimisation of targeted digital campaigns across web, email, paid media and CRM. Assist lead generation, marketing automation journeys, creative briefs, and performance reporting using analytics and marketing technology to improve engagement.
