Manage end-to-end payroll and benefits administration across multiple countries: process leave payments, convert T&A outputs to payroll inputs, reconcile payroll and benefits reports, ensure regulatory and data protection compliance, liaise with vendors, resolve employee queries, and drive process improvements to maintain accuracy and high-quality HR service delivery.
