Lead project planning and implementation, integrate work packages and constraints into schedules, monitor progress and produce projections, provide accurate reports to stakeholders, use technical expertise to solve complex manufacturing/planning issues, mentor colleagues and lead small low-risk projects, and collaborate with global teams to support customers.

Design and adapt low-pressure steam turbine components, verify designs with calculations and specs, produce manufacturing drawings and BOMs, archive documentation in PLM, support manufacturing sites worldwide, standardize legacy models, drive product improvements and cost reduction, and ensure compliance with company EHS rules.

Manage end-to-end execution of India nuclear turbine projects at Sanand: build and control project schedules and budgets, track costs and materials, coordinate engineering/procurement/manufacturing and customers, report procurement/manufacturing status, drive KPIs (OTD, inventory turn), identify risks/opportunities and support mitigation, and pursue process standardization and continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen).

Perform FEA and hand calculations to assess strength, buckling, fatigue, ratcheting, natural frequency and thermal effects of turbine components. Build FE models, write analysis plans, support weld checks, lifting analysis, produce reports, and present findings to customers and design teams.

Lead on-site HR partnership and strategic workforce planning for a UK nuclear site. Manage staffing ramp-up for internal and external workforce, coordinate agency performance, support permanent recruitment and induction, develop competency management and HR analytics, and coach site managers to close skills gaps and ensure workforce readiness.

Lead supplier development and sourcing for assigned commodities: manage RFQs, negotiate contracts and orders, assess supplier capabilities, drive cost and lead-time reduction, monitor supplier performance, and coordinate cross-functional teams for timely supply and supplier qualification initiatives including localization and global benchmarking.

Serve as single point of contact for suppliers during PO execution; lead cross-functional package teams; monitor schedules, documentation and quality; identify risks and drive corrective actions; conduct supplier visits; support claims and change order negotiations; report progress and ensure on-time delivery to meet project milestones.

Perform electrical system design and studies (SLDs, load flow, short circuit, motor starting) using ETAP; size CT/VT, switchgear, and cables; prepare RFQs, review vendor documents, support erection/commissioning, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality, on-time engineering for power projects.

Design and validate steam-path components (blades, diaphragms) for ARABELLE nuclear turbines, coordinate technical studies, support manufacturing industrialization, resolve production issues, maintain documentation, and support customer and project teams using CATIA V5 and official PLM tools.
