The Workday Analyst configures, supports, integrates, documents, and tests Workday solutions across multiple functional areas, including HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Benefits, Compensation, Integrations, and Security. The role gathers requirements, troubleshoots issues, manages feature releases, develops reports, supports end users, and provides knowledge transfer. It requires collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders, prioritization of multiple assignments, and on-site work Tuesday through Thursday in Philadelphia.

Leads the Core Business Applications team through staff development, application strategy, coding, solution design, testing, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Partners with technical and functional stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions. Oversees vendors, project priorities, budgeting, system enhancements, and user satisfaction while serving as a subject matter expert for integrated business systems.

Leads the Church Relations team and guides field and home-office staff in building relationships with church and church-related employers. Oversees team performance, coaching, professional development, strategy, change management, budgeting, and financial goals. Partners with sales, marketing, communications, and operations teams to deliver consistent customer experiences. Represents the Board of Pensions across the Presbyterian Church, advises senior leadership on church and minister trends, and travels nationally while working in a Philadelphia-based hybrid environment.
