Provide first-point customer support for Toyota Fleet Management clients, prepare quotes, convert opportunities into orders and contracts, and support regional sales teams. Manage quotations, follow-ups, reporting, customer relationships, pricing, margin management, and value-added solutions while coordinating with dealerships, relationship managers, sales managers, and internal stakeholders.

Handle 50–60 customer calls/emails daily to resolve car finance and insurance queries. Meet contact-centre KPIs (AHT, quality, adherence), participate in training/coaching, contribute improvement ideas, and support customer-first outcomes.
