Provide operational client servicing for Japanese clients: handle information requests, triage team mailbox, draft responses, coordinate reports and events, assist translations, improve processes, maintain internal systems (Exchange, Office 365, Salesforce, HighGear), and respond to operational queries while supporting business development initiatives.

Serve as a native Japanese-speaking relationship manager supporting institutional clients and retail distributors. Build and maintain client relationships, represent investment strategies, support partner-led business development, manage CRM records, ensure regulatory compliance, and work closely with investment specialists and internal teams to deliver high-quality client service.

Coordinate day-to-day operations for the Private Companies Investment Team: manage complex diaries and travel, maintain data and internal systems, administer team software, identify and implement process improvements (including AI and Notion), and lead operational initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability.
