Design, build, and maintain integrations between Qargo TMS and external systems (ERP, telematics, WMS). Develop scalable, secure APIs and data flows, troubleshoot performance, automate processes, and collaborate with product, customer success, and partners to deliver reliable integration solutions.

Analyze customer workflows and translate requirements into optimal Qargo TMS configurations. Support data mappings and integrations, collaborate with technical teams, manage project tasks, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction.

Analyze and define integrations between Qargo and third-party systems: map data models and APIs, support customers through validation and go‑live, document reusable integrations, and manage change requests for continuous improvement.

Manage and grow a portfolio of Dutch customers post-implementation, ensure adoption and satisfaction, conduct business reviews, identify upsell and optimization opportunities, liaise with support/onboarding/product, deliver training and demos, capture product feedback, and travel regularly to client sites in the Netherlands.
