Support the Controlling team with month-end closing, KPI monitoring and analysis, preparing presentations and regular reports, ad hoc data analyses, and assisting 2027 target-setting while learning procurement performance management.

Define and execute BuyIn's IT procurement strategy across >€2bn spend, lead large-scale sourcing and transformation projects (>€100M), negotiate with strategic technology suppliers, manage supplier governance and risk, build C-level stakeholder partnerships, and lead an ~80-person international procurement organization to drive innovation and operational excellence across Hardware, Software, Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, and IT Services.

Lead local sourcing for mobile devices across allocated countries, aligning local market insights with global procurement strategy. Manage supplier relationships, support negotiations, monitor spending and supplier performance, share best practices, and collaborate with central and regional teams to deliver value and improve sourcing processes.
