Operate and secure Medius' cloud-first IT systems (Azure, Microsoft 365). Provide Tier 1-3 user support, manage device lifecycle, implement automation (PowerShell/Power Automate), maintain documentation, and improve availability and security across global offices.

Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for B2B card and payments domains across multiple geographies. Lead discovery, write PRDs, drive partner integrations, collaborate with engineering/design, ensure compliance and risk controls, support go-to-market, and act as pod lead using AI tooling to accelerate delivery.

Serve as US HR SME managing compliance, HRIS (HiBob), PEO liaison (ADP TotalSource), onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits (including 401(k)), employee relations and ER cases (PIPs), policy updates, audits, and US-specific HR projects while partnering with global HR and payroll teams.

Manage accounting for assigned legal entities: bookkeeping, VAT reporting, month-end and annual financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, payments, liquidity forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure accuracy and control.

Implement and configure Medius integrations with customer ERPs and REST APIs, support integration testing, produce technical documentation, configure SaaS applications, implement EDI/e-invoicing connections, and collaborate with internal teams while guiding customers on API usage and best practices.

Serve as primary contact for premium support customers, manage and prioritize support tickets, coordinate escalations across support, professional services, product, and R&D, build stakeholder relationships, provide account updates and metrics, identify recurring issues for improvement, and support renewal and expansion by driving excellent customer experience.

Provide technical troubleshooting and support for ERP integrations (SAP, D365FO, D365BC, NetSuite). Work with customers, partners, and internal teams to resolve escalated issues, document solutions, and improve integration processes. Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and ensure clear communication and stakeholder satisfaction.

Provide technical support for Medius AP Automation: handle support tickets, diagnose and recreate issues, gather logs/data, assist with payments and reports, document solutions, and collaborate with R&D, QA and ERP teams.

Manage a mid-touch book of global customers to drive adoption, satisfaction, and value from Medius products. Conduct regular reviews, present product updates, produce success plans, monitor account health, recommend improvements, support go-lives, and collaborate with Sales and Professional Services to enable expansion.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Medius spend management solutions, combining project management and functional consulting: design, configuration, workshops, testing, go-live, hypercare, process optimization, and stakeholder reporting.
