Lead design and delivery of AI tools, agents, automations and business systems across the company. Translate business priorities into specs and workflows, build and launch internal AI agents, improve data quality and integrations, automate processes across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service, Retention and Finance, and collaborate closely with designers and engineers to iterate and maintain solutions.

Own the end-to-end consultative sales process with French families by phone: discover needs, recommend tailored tutoring/nanny solutions, handle objections, close deals, hit weekly targets, and maintain high-quality pipeline tracking. Collaborate to improve scripts and follow a structured playbook; training and coaching provided.
