Lead the technical delivery for a squad of 5-7 engineers: design and write cloud-native TypeScript services, make architectural decisions, build always-on REST/GraphQL APIs, embed observability and CI/CD, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable, automated systems using AWS, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.

Lead and oversee change management across transformation programmes: assess impact, drive stakeholder engagement, standardise methodologies, coach leaders, support communications and training, manage risks, measure adoption, and contribute to a change community of practice to ensure successful adoption and sustained behaviour change.

Support Technology Finance by capturing and validating time-tracking data, building allocation models, automating month-end project reports, developing interactive dashboards, performing variance analysis, and assisting budgeting and forecasting for technology projects to ensure accurate cost tracking and capitalisation compliance.

Lead design, development, integration, testing, and optimization of multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Loyalty, Marketing, Data Cloud, Agentforce). Architect scalable data and integration patterns, enforce best practices, mentor and line-manage junior developers, support CI/CD and Agile delivery, and drive continuous innovation and performance improvements.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for commercial deals, tiering, and entitlement capabilities. Define deal configuration, customer tiering, and benefit management. Collaborate with Commercial, Engineering, UX, Finance, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable product requirements, launch features, and drive data-informed optimization. Mentor product teams and manage stakeholders to ensure successful execution and market-aligned innovation.

Lead and manage global finance-focused business applications (MS Dynamics 365 F&O, Workday, Office apps), oversee uptime, upgrades, support team, user training, SLAs, audits, process improvements, and drive expansion and AI-enabled efficiencies across systems.

Lead design and run a multi-region, zero-downtime AWS platform (Kubernetes and serverless). Own reliability, security, cost, DR, IaC, CI/CD, observability and AI-enabled automation. Mentor and lead DevOps engineers, set platform standards, and drive incident, compliance, and cost practices.
