Design, integrate, and certify electrical, control, and communication systems for the AR5 UAS. Implement and optimize communication architectures (MAVLink, DroneCAN, IP, serial), define system interfaces, support requirements management and traceability, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and Airworthiness to meet aerospace certification and flight safety, and produce technical documentation.

Manage receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping operations: inspect incoming/outgoing shipments, operate material-handling equipment, perform cycle counts, update inventory systems, and ensure safety and documentation compliance.

Lead feasibility and architecture studies for FPGA/SoC-based inter-satellite communications features. Design and implement high-throughput FPGA datapaths, integrate high-speed peripherals, maintain model-to-implementation reproducibility using Python/MATLAB/Simulink, and collaborate across RF, PCB, and test teams to validate concepts and produce technical documentation.

Manage direct procurement for R&D and manufacturing, executing end-to-end purchasing, supplier management, cost control, ERP/MRP data maintenance, risk mitigation, compliance, and process improvements to support scaling of serial production.

Owner of AR5 technical documentation: enable engineers to generate certified docs using internal LLM tools, validate AI-generated content for technical accuracy and certification compliance, build templates and docs-as-code practices, govern versioning and traceability, and collaborate with systems engineering, avionics, RF, payload and quality teams.
