Lead Fonroche Lighting’s Caribbean Hub across Colombia, Central America, and the Caribbean. The role combines commercial strategy, market development, B2B/B2G sales, partnerships, revenue and profitability ownership, and leadership of multidisciplinary country operations. The manager will build relationships with public and private stakeholders, oversee projects and deliveries, ensure regulatory and HSE compliance, develop teams, coordinate with French headquarters, and drive sustainable regional growth.

Drive B2G/B2B sales across Catalunya: prospect, qualify, prepare tenders and proposals, close contracts, manage accounts and agent networks, represent the company at events, coordinate with technical and HQ teams, and grow market presence.
