Lead and deliver cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance programs across complex enterprise environments. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, engage senior stakeholders, oversee risk assessments and control reviews, drive remediation and continuous improvement, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of GRC initiatives.

Manage OT cybersecurity risk, compliance, and governance for industrial control systems. Maintain ISMS for OT, perform risk assessments and audits, monitor remediation plans, analyze incidents, and ensure alignment with regulatory and international standards (IEC 62443, ISO27001). Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to close compliance gaps.

Analyze customer requirements and design ELV and physical security system solutions, prepare technical proposals, BOQs, site surveys, system diagrams, and cost estimates. Support sales, vendor coordination, bid clarifications, and handover to implementation teams while ensuring standards compliance.

Lead end-to-end industrial digitalization projects: gather requirements, design solutions, manage execution with cross-functional teams and vendors, ensure OT security and systems integration, control scope/time/budget, produce project documentation, and hand over to customers while maintaining satisfaction.
