Lead and coach a global team of 10–15 Customer Success Managers, own escalations end-to-end, operationalize global CS strategy, keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, stay customer-facing, and implement automation and predictive workflows to scale proactive customer outcomes.

Build sales content (decks, discovery frameworks, case studies), optimize the sales tech stack, implement AI-driven sales workflows, measure enablement impact, and manage a small cross-functional team while partnering with Sales leadership to improve seller productivity and pipeline rigor.

Design and maintain Stravito's visual language across web, brand, campaigns, and marketing. Produce assets, build templates and components, collaborate with growth/marketing/sales, support external agencies, and evolve the design system.

Lead discovery and product definition for AI Personas: run customer interviews with enterprise insights teams, frame problems, prioritise features, write specs, work in two-week sprints with engineers and designers, and validate solutions with customers. Use AI-heavy prototyping and contribute to the Decision Tools roadmap.
