Lead medium to large Salesforce IT projects from initiation to launch, managing cross-functional teams, scope, budget, schedule, risks, and client communication using agile practices and PM tools.

Lead business analysis and solution design for enterprise Salesforce and CRM/AMS implementations. Mentor consultants, coordinate with development and data teams, maintain project methodologies, advise leadership, manage client communications, and work with PMs to deliver on time and on budget.

Design and scale CI/CD pipelines and automated infrastructure on AWS using IaC. Manage Kubernetes clusters (availability, security, networking), coordinate releases and Git workflows, build observability and incident response tooling, and partner with engineering leads to unblock deployments and set infrastructure standards.

Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across enterprise implementations. Build custom applications, integrate systems, enforce CI/CD and best practices, collaborate with stakeholders, maintain documentation, and drive tickets to completion using Agile methodologies.

Implement and manage Salesforce CRM for nonprofit clients: gather and document requirements, produce solution and SOP documents, design workflows, support Agile project delivery, coordinate with PMs and developers, and assist training and QA efforts.
